Now if you want to enjoy Bandung City, just hope on "Bandros" buses. Getting around the city of Bandung is among interesting attraction for both local and foreign tourists however traffic condition in Bandung discourage them to do so. 

The Bandung City Government in 2014 has finally launched "Bandung Tour on The Bus" or  so called as Bandros. Bandung Tour on bus or Bandros is a city tour  in Bandung provided with uniquely designed buses. 

The buses are designed in art deco theme and painted in various colors. The bus is an antique bus with a capacity 30 passengers. 

If you want to take a trip with Bandros, prospective passengers are required to make a reservation in advance. For individuals, you needs to check the reservation by phone on 022-7213805/ 085793559911 (Whatsapps) or come to the #BusBandros office on Jalan Indramayu no.66 Antapani.

Prospective passengers will get a reply from the operator about the schedule and number of seats that can be booked. Donations are required around the city using Bandros Bus Rp. 25,000 / person.

However for groups, reservations can first call phone number 022-7213805 / 085793559911 (Whatsapps) or come to the #BusBandros office on Jalan Indramayu no.66 Antapani. As reported by @BusBandros, a group of one group is charged a donation of 700-800 thousand for 40 people.

Operational hours of Bandros buses for week days are from 08:00 AM to 11:00 and from 08:00 AM to 14:00 PM during weekend.

Bandros route are colored in Blue, Yellow, Purple, Green, Pink, and Black according to its destinations as follows :
  • Bandros Blue : Alun-Alun Bandung, Cibaduyut, Taman Luwi Panjang, Museum Sri Baduga, Alun-Alun Regol, and Buah Batu Area;
  • Bandros Yellow : Gasibu Stadium, Taman Cibeunying, Taman Superhero, Taman Foto Gedung Merdeka, Alun-Alun Bandung, and Braga;
  • Bandros Purple : Gasibu Stadium, Taman Cikapayang, Alun-Alun, Ujung Berung, Museum Geologi, and Pusdai;
  • Bandros Green : China Town, Pasir Kaliki, Alun-Alun Cicendo, Karang Setra, UPI, and GOR Pajajaran;
  • Bandros Pink : Gasibu Stadium, Taman Surapati, Taman Jomblo, Teras Cikapayang (Cikapayang Terrace), and Taman Budaya (Culture Center);
  • Bandor Black : Specially dedicated for VIP Guests visiting Bandung.
