Sunrise at Mount Bromo : A Boost into the Spirit
Guided by Travel Relatives and a team from Jeep Car Transportation 'Bromoepice' The team of Traveler from Jakarta and Journalists from Bekasi City, West Java, arrived in Villa Malang, East Java.
Arriving at the Villa in the afternoon, we immediately took a break and prepared the need to climb Mount Bromo, " Come on, I can't wait to get a quick breath of mountain air" said one Traveler and journalist. Time still showed 00.00 WIB. The chill pierced the bones, seducing us to stay asleep in the cold air - continuing the dream that has not been completed. However, the guard at the villa where we were staying didn't stop knocking. His deep voice reminded us to get ready. "The jeep will arrive in a minute, let's wake up!
We had to pack up immediately if we don't want to lose on the midnight trip to climb to Kasawan, a Mount Bromo Tourist Destination that is admired by all people around the world.
We purposely left at 00.30 so that we could reach the peak at 02.30 in the morning to watch the sunrise from the summit of Mount Bromo. Should we canceled it just because of the chill ? As a journalist worker who does not have to update writing and editing news on hot issues every day, usually unable to make vacation and travel, this is a rare opportunity to capture the rare moment in the blind morning watching the sun rise from the mountain ridge with our eyes.
The trip from the Villa to the summit of Mount Bromo only takes 2 hours. The air in the area of Mount Bromo Just like other mountain air, the air in Bromo also has a low temperature that can make visitors shudder. In general the temperature there ranges from 3 to 20 degrees Celsius. In the dry season, the temperature can drop to zero degrees Celsius. In fact, once the grass there went frozen to ice.

"For two weeks we have evaluated the implementation and the results were good. At the beginning, 20 percent of visitors were opened, since last week it had reached 40 percent. Next week it is evaluated again and it is hoped that it will remain good so that up to 50 percent of visitors are available," he said.
The reactivation of Mount Bromo natural tourism also continues to apply a number of visiting requirements that have been prepared by implementing new habitual adaptations, especially the online ticket purchasing system.

After 3 months of being closed, as soon as we went around Mount Bromo in the morning, we were amazed by the area of Mount Bromo now, because as long as it was closed and never visited, now the atmosphere is more beautiful and the green makes these eyes fresh,
But unfortunately, we can't go up to the Bromo crater because it hasn't been opened yet. Our hope is that visitors can still enjoy Mount Bromo during this pandemic, but still pay attention to health protocols, so that the public / tourists can also enjoy the beautiful atmosphere of Mount Bromo.
