Indonesia is a recognized member of the Taste Atlas and has a wide variety of mouthwatering traditional snacks. Every region of Indonesia has a very diverse and rich culinary tradition. Everything, from hearty meals to light snacks to sweet sweets, is available based on the region.

1. Pempek. 
According to Taste Atlas, Pempek is the most popular snack in Indonesia . Indonesian dish pempek is made with tapioca flour and mashed fish flesh. Many individuals fail because of the spicy and sour cuko sauce, which is to their liking.

6. Rojak
Fresh fruit is not only good in smoothies, juice, or sliced fruit forms. Indonesians are familiar with fruit rujak, which is made from a variety of mixed fruits and served with a brown sugar sauce.

7. Risoles
